Akita Inu - Urns
The most famous representative of the Akita breed was Hachiko, the dog of a Tokyo University professor. Each day Hachiko used to walk his owner to the train station and collect him after work. When the professor died suddenly at work his faithful companion kept coming to the station every day for the next 10 years, until his own death. Hachiko was honoured in a statue - in this way his life was celebrated and remembered.
When the time comes to say goodbye to our well-loved pets we also want to commemorate them in a special way.
For this sad occasion we have prepared a selection of dog urns. We offer smaller urns with a bronze dog bust and slightly bigger urns with a figurine and a place for your dog’s name and inscription. Our urns are made of durable birch wood, covered with wood stain and a layer of varnish. All metal elements are cast in bronze. These classic and elegant designs will help you keep the memory of your pet alive.
